Winter Changelog

• We do not have a starter or new genes this rollover for two reasons. One is that I am worried about oversaturating the starters with Dwarf Primals before the next subspecies release.
• The next is that the non-Anarchie admins are extremely unavailable right now and with Anarchie's current state something needed to be cut back on a little.
• A quick note on the event prompts: The Dragon Sighting event is copied from the original Winter 2018 Festival. This is not due to the admins being unavailable, it was due to the banner being themed around old starters. It was nostalgia baiting me. help
• The seasonal Raid has rolled over. RAIDING SEASON is back, the season has started with 10 points already loaded (fogshards available to any entrant) and ALL PAST RAID BOSSES AVAILABLE. Happy Holidays!
• If things have seemed a bit slow on Anarchie's end as well, don't worry, I'm not back in medical other than the normal, I'm just a little slow getting used to my schedule. you can ping me about it honestly. i'm just confusing myself by overcomplicating things :V
