NPCs may ask for Fallen Leaf in trade in the Barter section of the event shop.

Use:

• Use on a Rixixi to add any one Radiation Sickness of any stage tier to the Rixixi. Please specify which Radiation Sickness type is desired.
• If adding the Contagion type, a secondary Radiation Sickness effect will still be added, and will be randomized - the secondary Radiation Sickness effect cannot be chosen by the user.
  _{If a Rixixi has every other available Radiation Sickness at its chosen tier, Contagion will not add another Radiation Sickness.}
• Chasmhome cannot be selected due to it being restricted to Fond Memories: The Chasm and Euphoria only.

If this item seems like it causes only negative effects, that's because that's a fairly accurate assessment - this is an optional item users can craft and use if they want to use a Radiation Sickness as a self-imposed challenge. Have fun!
