Profile RXX-511: Needle

Needle was made to test an experimental power cell, which results in his often erratic behavior caused by the occasional release of excess electicity. He has no control over this, but the more charge he holds, the more frequently this electrical discharge occurs. Fur usually on end due to some of the electricity staying in fur as static. Not reccomended to touch unless you like being shocked.
