Nevada is a stoned faced ixi who doesn't truly know how to show her emotions. It's not that she doesn't feel anything, expressions simply don't seem to be her forte. My only advice, pay attention to their voice. Often times her face reads as "I'm bored," but her tone and volume will clearly tell you who she's feeling.
