Like her sister, Dulaman, Kelpie is usually found in or near the water. A friendly and playful sort, she and Dulaman spend most of their time building a home on the shore. Despite her name she probably won't try to drown you. ...Probably.
Despite her and her sisters' aquatic natures, the pair are actually quite skilled with fire magics. Kelpie in particular is working to harness her flames.
