Traits

Problems (+X-Prob) (Uncommon)

Species: Rixixi

An aura of internal organs (or, in some cases, other internal body parts) hovers around the Rixixi. This is surprisingly safe for the Ixi's health in most cases, but is often described as "eerie" to "kind of horrifying" by well-intentioned neighbors.

  • As the "Problems" mutation is free-floating, this mutation pack is unique in that all pieces of it can be moved around the body freely without a Mutation Station. Some pieces may need slight editing if moved due to their default positions being drawn to accommodate the Rixixi's body.
  • All pieces can be recolored as desired. Unless altered by a mutation, flesh/organ (brain) should be within reasonable flesh colors, bone/teeth should be believable as a bone color (discoloration is absolutely allowed, paint would have to be applied via cosmetics, etc.), and eye color is unlimited - iris and pupil can, in fact, be completely redrawn by the artist instead of using the provided base if desired. Pupil should resemble some form of earth animal, even "exotic" pupils like that of a cuttlefish.
  • The designer can choose any amount of "organ sets" to display - all 5 do not have to display as in the preview above, it is perfectly fine to select a single type (eg, an Ixi with only floating eyes or skulls as their expression of Problems), or a combination of several (eg, eyes, teeth, and brains).
  • If using a Mutation Station, other sets of internal organs/bones/etc can be chosen to float outside the Rixixi, but be mindful to not include any sexual imagery or excessive gore. If using organs, they should appear fairly "clean" (not dripping with blood, full of realistic veins, etc). Imports should not need a mature filter.

Problems has its own mutation packs:
Standard Problems
Primal Problems
Domestic Problems

Rows (+X-Row) (Uncommon)

Species: Rixixi

Rows and rows of teeth.

  • Should match the color of the Rixixi's existing teeth.
  • If the Rixixi has multiple teeth mutations, the Rows can pick from any one.

Sharps (+X-Sharp) (Uncommon)

Species: Rixixi

My, what sharp teeth you have! Almost like a shark.

  • Should match the color of the Rixixi's existing teeth.

Presentation with Contradicting Mutations:

Flat Teeth and Sharps:

When multiple full sets of teeth appear in the mouth, any of the following approaches can be taken:

-The teeth can be modified so that part of the mouth has Flat Teeth and part of the mouth has Sharps. This does not take a mutation station.

-One tooth trait can show, leaving other tooth traits in the geno as invisible carriers. All genes can still pass in breeding, but they do not have to show in the design.

Sleipnir (+X-Slei) (Uncommon)

Species: Rixixi

An extra pair of arms splits off at the elbow!

  • Markings in the area can extend to this mutation. Markings that cover limbs can also affect Sleipnir.
  • Mutations that appear on the limbs can show on Sleipnir. They can be added without a Mutation Station.
  • Additional limb pairs can be added.
  • Sleipnir can add extra thumbs without the need of Polydactyl (+PlyD).

Alternate design packs exist for this mutation:
Starters' Starter Pack

Split Ears (+X-SplitE) (Uncommon)

Species: Rixixi

Another pair of ears joins the main one.

  • Markings in the area can extend to this mutation.

Tendrils (+X-Ten) (Uncommon)

Species: Rixixi

Tentacles sprout from various places on the Rixixi. Very strange.

  • Can be any color lighter or darker than the base coat, can be any marking color on the Rixixi, can be any natural skin tone color, or can be any color on the base coat swatch.
  • Markings in the area can extend to this mutation.

Triple Maw (+X-Trip) (Uncommon)

Species: Rixixi

Three mouths, one head. Where do the other mouths lead?

  • Should match the color of the Rixixi's existing teeth.
  • Gums can be any color lighter or darker than the base coat, can be any marking color on the Rixixi, can be any natural skin tone color, or can be any color on the base coat swatch.

Wing Arms (+X-WingA) (Uncommon)

Species: Rixixi

Feathered wings sprout from the Rixixi's arm.

  • Markings in the area can extend to this mutation.

Dragon Body Type (+X-DrBdy) (Uncommon)

Species: Rixixi

The Rixixi's body is long and slender - somewhat serpent- or drake- like.

  • Due to their longer shape, Dragon Body Types can be 2 feet/61cm taller than other Rixixi of their type, regardless of subspecies. (For Primals, this does apply to their length.)
  • Dragon Body Type is a lineart edit. Markings appear as they usually would beneath the new lines, and marking ranges can stretch to accommodate the new lineart.
  • As Dragon Body Type is a fairly major lineart edit, many mutations will not work correctly on it. It is completely legal to edit these to fit correctly without a Mutation Station, but fully customizing them may require a Mutation Station.

Dragon Body Type's bases  can be found here:
Standard
Primal
Domestic

Long Fur (+Lfur) (Uncommon)

Species: Rixixi

Thick, fluffy fur, to accommodate the harsh cold of space and also to allow many pets.

  • Long fur is primarily a lineart edit. Markings appear as they usually would beneath the new lines, and marking ranges can stretch to accommodate the new lineart.
  • Long fur does not interfere with Forgeblood showing through skin, as it has a set range. As Albinism, Bicolor, and so on do not have a set range, make sure to pick a reasonable location for skin tone to peek through short fur!

Long Fur's bases can be found here:
Standard Long Fur
Primal Long Fur
Domestic Long Fur
Funerary Long Fur
Dwarf Primal Long Fur

ONLY ONE UNCOMMON- OR COMBINATION- RARITY FUR LENGTH MUTATION CAN DISPLAY AT ONCE! (Common rarity fur length mutations display on part of the body instead of the full body.)
Most Fur Length mutations cover the full body and cannot naturally combine (without being a combination mutation). If a Rixixi carries two (or more), they can display one and carry the other.

Sphynx (+Sphy) (Uncommon)

Species: Rixixi

Bald is a fashion statement.

Sphynx is far from just a lineart edit, coming with several design options you can use if you like.

  • Along with using your base coat as usual, a Sphynx Rixixi can have a 'base coat' of any legal skin tone - this includes natural mammal skin tones (including chow blue), lighter/darker than base, or any color found in their markings.
  • If using a skin color instead of a regular base coat color: Lighter/Darker than base markings can use the skin color or the base coat.
  • As skin can legally have spotting on it: Some minor spotting is legal on Sphynx Rixixi, but it's best to keep it from being too extensive - consider it several instances of the free mark Birthmark, not to be confused with Inkblot.
  • Flourish can display anywhere on the body.
  • Lava Lamp does not need to appear translucent.
Sauttun 0500
Sauttun uses a natural skin tone as their base coat, but their Mojave references darker-than-base arctic. They also have minor birthmark-esque spotting on their thigh and upper arm as well as Flourish on their face and neck (under all other markings, in gold).

Sphynx's bases can be found here:
Standard Sphynx
Primal Sphynx
Domestic Sphynx
Funerary Sphynx
Dwarf Primal Sphynx

ONLY ONE UNCOMMON- OR COMBINATION- RARITY FUR LENGTH MUTATION CAN DISPLAY AT ONCE! (Common rarity fur length mutations display on part of the body instead of the full body.)
Most Fur Length mutations cover the full body and cannot naturally combine (without being a combination mutation). If a Rixixi carries two (or more), they can display one and carry the other.

Rat Tail (+Rat) (Common)

Species: Rixixi

There's very little fur on this long, thin tail!

  • Can be any color lighter or darker than the base coat, can be any marking color on the Rixixi, can be any natural skin tone color, or can be any color on the base coat swatch.
  • Markings in the area can extend to this mutation.

Classic Face (Common)

Category: B-NOMALY
Species: B-NOMALY

B-NOMALY Trait:

B-CLASS: Face and Beak traits

Refers to the shape of the beak - typically slender, straight, and medium-sized, like generalist and insectivore birds, but variable enough to suit minor differences - a duck's beak could be a classic face, for instance.

Examples: Grade B-NOM Eggs #6, Egg 1/2 - Geese A-Laying's Hatchlings

Predator Face (Uncommon)

Category: B-NOMALY
Species: B-NOMALY

B-NOMALY Trait:

B-CLASS: Face and Beak traits

Refers to the shape of the beak - predator face most commonly refers to scavenging and raptorial beaks, but any beak with a hook at the end can count as a predator face.

Examples: Vampire Lord, Slaughterhouse

Stealth Face (Uncommon)

Category: B-NOMALY
Species: B-NOMALY

B-NOMALY Trait:

B-CLASS: Face and Beak traits

Refers to the shape of the beak - stealth face refers to a beak that appears small and easily hidden on the face. This can be something more like a songbird's beak - something naturally small - or something more like an owl's beak - hidden by feathers/fluff on the face. Can be used to mimic a mammalian nose.

Examples: Aexxys, Compact Gryphon

Toucan Face (Uncommon)

Category: B-NOMALY
Species: B-NOMALY

B-NOMALY Trait:

B-CLASS: Face and Beak traits

Refers to the shape of the beak - along with being based on the shape of a toucan's beak, toucan face is very long in comparison to other B-NOMALY beaks, commonly stretching backwards over the crown of the head to make up for its length. The beak can be notably longer than the rabbit face.

Examples: Champion Apple-Bobber, Jackalope Canyon

Muzzle Face (Uncommon)

Category: B-NOMALY
Species: B-NOMALY

B-NOMALY Trait:

B-CLASS: Face and Beak traits

Face modifier - if this appears without a non-modifier face trait in a bred bun (or other RNG trait list), feel free to choose any common-uncommon face trait to use for your design!
Refers to the shape of the rabbit face, modifies the shape of the beak to go along with it. Muzzle Face B-NOMALIES have a notably longer mammalian face, commonly canine or even horse-like in shape. The beak commonly extends over the entire top of the snout to match its proportions.

Examples: Blue Moonstone

Gallus Face (Rare)

Category: B-NOMALY
Species: B-NOMALY

B-NOMALY Trait:

B-CLASS: Face and Beak traits

Face modifier - if this appears without a non-modifier face trait in a bred bun (or other RNG trait list), feel free to choose any common-uncommon face trait to use for your design!
A rooster-like wattle & comb - however, the shape is not limited to shapes found on roosters! Any sort of crest can be used as long as it parses as a crest - dinosaur crests and fantasy crests are allowed. Any sort of dewlap or wattle, including those of mammals and reptiles, works for the wattle piece.

Examples: Pastel Gift Basket

Flat Face (Very Rare)

Category: B-NOMALY
Species: B-NOMALY

B-NOMALY Trait:

B-CLASS: Face and Beak traits

Face modifier - if this appears without a non-modifier face trait in a bred bun (or other RNG trait list), feel free to choose any common-uncommon face trait to use for your design!
Refers to the shape of the rabbit face, modifies the shape of the beak to go along with it. Flat Face B-NOMALIES have a much flatter face than other B-NOMALIES. Sometimes this looks more human in features, sometimes more like a bird with a short, flat face (barn owls, for example), sometimes more like flat-faced felines and the like - or a combination of the above. May or may not have fur/feathers. Will still have a rabbit-like muzzle and a beak unless overwritten by other traits.

Examples: Riddle Me This

Hornbill (Very Rare)

Category: B-NOMALY
Species: B-NOMALY

B-NOMALY Trait:

B-CLASS: Face and Beak traits

Face modifier - if this appears without a non-modifier face trait in a bred bun (or other RNG trait list), feel free to choose any common-uncommon face trait to use for your design!
A protrusion on the beak, often similar to Hornbill birds, sometimes more like draconic spikes on the beak. Can be combined with any beak type.

Examples: Honduran White Rabbit, Icy Gaze
