Use:

CHASM FOOD ITEM - Eat for a permanent +30 Special boost, a permanent +20 Speed boost, and a permanent +10 Defense boost to one Ixi. Causes a random temporary -10 Debuff to the Ixi's next roll.
CHASM FOOD ITEM - Nullifies one Radiation Sickness of the player's choosing for a single relevant roll. If the Radiation Sickness effects breeding, it lasts for one breeding; if the Radiation Sickness effects loot drops, it lasts for the next activity; if the Radiation sickness effects stat gains, it lasts for 1 application of stat boost items; if used on One Track Mind, it lasts for 1 Story Mode; and so on.

Mymber Party Favor

Category: RXX: Edible - Permanent Boost

It's food on a stick, but for mymbers. You're not entirely sure what sort of meat this is, and of course, the stick is a rock. It's colorful and does smell pretty good, so why not give it a try?

Use:

CHASM FOOD ITEM - Eat for a permanent +20 Attack boost, a permanent +20 Special boost, and a permanent +20 Speed boost to one Ixi. Causes a random temporary -10 Debuff to the Ixi’s next roll.
CHASM FOOD ITEM - Overrides Radiation Sickness. Can be eaten by an Uncertain Ixi of any tier without stat gain being halved. Can be eaten by a Defiant Ixi of any tier without stat gain being halved or stats being randomized.
CHASM FOOD ITEM - Unsteady: Item grants a burst of energy. Nullifies Unsteady/(+/++) Radiation Sickness in the Rixixi's next roll. Guarantees the Rixixi will roll at least two items, whether or not they have any radiation sickness.

Mymber Oven

An odd cooking device used primarily in Mymber villages in the Chasm. Primarily meant to be held over an open flame, either by hand or propped up by the handles on its sides, and fairly versatile on how it can be used, yet not really built sturdily enough to handle that versatility. It smells a bit like shrimp.

To be used when applying food for stat bonuses. Breaks after one use (use refers to one Rixixi in one comment). Effects change based on if the Rixixi has relevant Radiation Sicknesses or not.
If the Rixixi has a radiation sickness that would change how stats are applied, this is cancelled out and for this comment, the stats are applied as normal.
If the Rixixi has no radiation sicknesses that change how stats are applied, the stat boosts in this comment are applied as if the Rixixi had Defiant+.

A book filled with the intricacies of Mymber lifestyles and moralities. It's written in the Mymber language, in very small font (likely the norm for the Mymber language, due to all the mumbling). You might need to get a Mymber to read you this, but it would be interesting to learn what's going on in the mind of Mymbers.

Wait, is this literally a book with a rock cover? That says a lot about the Mymber lifestyle in itself.

Use:

To equip, player must have 1 Mymber in inventory or have a Rixixi with a Mymber equipped as their companion. (Rixixi with a Mymber does not have to be the Rixixi earning the skill.) This Mymber will act as a "tutor" that will use this item to teach the Rixixi their new skill.
Can be equipped to one Rixixi. When equipped, adds the following special ability, if unequipped, however, the item becomes useless, as by the time it has been equipped, it has already been eaten by the tutor Mymber.
Special Ability: Expert at Humming: The Ixi with this ability can understand Mymbers. Any instance of Mymbers interacting with the Ixi will be translated.

Leyline Mymber

Despite their intimidating faces and affiliation with Death, Leyline Mymbers are just as peaceful as most Mymbers are. They're perfectly content to spend their days swimming slowly around. Due to their unique face (or lack thereof), they're actually very hard to understand to other Mymbers unless they're mumbling underwater.

Snared Mymbers - Mymbers hybridized with Sanguine Snares through some way or another - are typically more aggressive than their non-plant Mymber counterparts due to their Snare instincts. While this often makes them come across as more cynical and hard to get close to in social situations, these Mymbers are often very successful hunters and protectors, and if they find their place in a village, many often appreciate them as a guard or bouncer type.

Ensnare: Stuns enemy for one round, and inflicts repeat damage for 2-5 rounds. Drains HP and grants half of inflicted damage to companion Rixixi. [attack strength = 4d20/2] Cannot be used when already active. 50% chance to fail if used in succession.

Snared Mymber skill, if used, takes the place of the Ixi's skill for this combat turn (the Ixi's turn is used instructing the Mymber).

Mymber's Heart Valve

Mymber valves only recently started being used in other worlds' medicine but have quickly found a home in it. The heart of a Mymber, when removed from its body - even if the body was not alive, so long as the death was recent - seals its major arteries off into tendrils with a thick, rubbery coating of colorpitch. This preserves many functions of the heart and allows for transplantation in cases where the heart was taken well care of - even xenotransplantation and xenografting.

One has to wonder why a Mymber's heart would seal itself off once removed, however - it seems to have no function in keeping the Mymber alive.

CONTRABAND - Mymber's Heart Valve is technically contraband by association, but as it is a crafted item and not an item that has to be found, if a user with no Streetwise Rixixi owns the necessary items, they may still craft it!

Use:

Can be equipped to one Rixixi. When equipped, adds the following special ability, if unequipped, however, the item becomes useless.
Special Ability: Mymber Valve Transplant: Nullifies one chosen Radiation Sickness in a Rad Sick Ixi. If a Mymber is equipped, that Mymber cannot nullify a second Rad Sickness.
In both non-Rad Sick and Rad Sick Ixi, has a 30% chance of temporarily nullifying Radiation Sickness effects in other Ixi in certain situations: in Breeding, this Ixi has a 30% chance to deactivate Radiation Sicknesses that give breeding debuffs (Infertility, Recessive, Fever Dreamer, etc) in the other partner. In activities, if depicted with another Ixi that happens to have a Rad Sickness that can impact their roll, there is a 30% chance this Ixi can nullify their Rad Sick traveling companion's ailment for that roll.
This ability also grants a resistance to certain Temporary Conditions - this resistance applies to both the owner of the Mymber's Heart Valve as well as any other Ixi depicted in the piece.
