You make your way into the brightly-colored crack in reality, making sure to focus so that it doesn’t immediately whisk you away somewhere else. Inside, you find a steep, slick drop, the walls and floor like a crystalline mirror reflecting color back and forth infinitely. You find it hard to avoid slipping as you proceed down, the area becoming darker and darker as you do. By the time you enter complete darkness, you slip, sliding on the slick crystal floor for a moment before falling into a complete dead drop. You feel your heart catch in your throat, thinking you’ll fall and break your legs, your spine, something more, but in this chasm within the chasm you can see further, and you can see forever. Creatures fly past you, eldritch and huge, clearly at home here, and you even see the occasional person falling in this endless pit. And then it stops. You’re hovering in a colorful nebula. An eye opens like a sun rising from the folds of the spacedust around you, and ten thousand voices speak from the space around you. ***HELLO. IT IS GOOD TO SEE YOU. (hi i took 7 months because i kept forgetting and it was my like. second ever chasmjump and i got nervous. anyway im back to finally answer this sob)

Due to being Chasmborn, this Rixixi has Stage 3 Radiation Sickness and suffers the following effects:

Contagion++: A spreader of rads, this Rixixi will spread the next tier down of Contagion to their children as well as another randomized Radiation Sickness in the same tier. They too have obtained a random Stage 3 Radiation Sickness from the Contagion. Permanent.
Quarantine++ - The Rixixi gives off an aura of radiation that can affect anyone around them, and as such, others tend to give them a wide berth. The Rixixi cannot be boosted by NPC effects. Some NPCs are guarded against this effect and can still boost the Rixixi, this will be listed in their description. Permanent.
Unsteady++ - The Rixixi may drop items on its way back from Exploring/Hunting/Combat. 75% chance to return only 1 item. Cannot be boosted with effects that increase items. Permanent, but will still always return at least one item.

Uncertain++ - Slow Stat Gain effect. Any increase in stats this Ixi would obtain is halved (an increase of +10 Attack would become +5 Attack). Decimals are increased to the nearest whole number (an increase of +5 Attack would become +3 Attack, not +2.5 Attack). Permanent.
