What happens when fogshards and similar crystals are buried with the dead. Rumored to have interesting properties - the stuff of urban legend, mostly.
CONTRABAND - Only obtainable by Rixixi with the Streetwise skill in loot drops, but as it is a crafted item as well, if a user with no Streetwise Rixixi owns the necessary items, they may still craft it!

Rolls low.
Use:
- Permanently cures any one Radiation Sickness on any one Rixixi, unless the Radiation Sickness specifically states it cannot be removed.
- Decreases every stat by 10. Cannot be used if any stat is equal to or less than 20.
