Phenotype: Lunar Glacier with Tabby, Hood, and Gradient // Lunar Scaled Latte with Points

Due to Chasm exposure, this Rixixi has Stage 2 Radiation Sickness and suffers the following effects:
 
Infertility: When breeding, this Ixi has a 50% chance of only having 1 cub, 25% chance of throwing an empty litter, a 20% chance of having a normal litter locked at the natural minimum (2), and a 5% chance of having a completely normal litter, rolled normally between the natural litter range (2-5). Permanent.
Uncertain+: Slow Stat Gain effect. Any increase in stats this Ixi would obtain is halved (an increase of +10 Attack would become +5 Attack). Decimals are increased to the nearest whole number (an increase of +5 Attack would become +3 Attack, not +2.5 Attack). Effective until Raging radiation level, at which point the Ixi's control of its radiation cancels the penalty out.
