Uncertain+ - Slow Stat Gain effect. Any increase in stats this Ixi would obtain is halved (an increase of +10 Attack would become +5 Attack). Decimals are increased to the nearest whole number (an increase of +5 Attack would become +3 Attack, not +2.5 Attack). Effective until Raging radiation level, at which point the Ixi's control of its radiation cancels the penalty out.
