One Track Mind+: Having to focus in on their pursuits, this Rixixi cannot take any skill-granting story mode quests until they have completed the task at hand. Story Mode, RadQuest/Rad Rebels, and Leveling Up do not count as skill granting story mode quests as they will be necessary in removing this penalty! Effective until Raging radiation level, at which point the Ixi's control of its radiation cancels the penalty out.

Defiant+: Any stat boosting items can have any of the following effects applied to them: (rolled 1-100) 1-40 halves the effect (rounded up), 41-70 works as normal, 71-100 doubles the item's effectiveness. There is a 30% chance that the stat boost will be applied to a random stat instead of the intended one. Does not apply to level ups. Permanent.
