Profile RXX-537: Roxanne

Doctor Roxanne Bishop was a human born on a planet called Yevilix-Prime. Drafted into a war to push out an invading faction of extraterrestrials at a young age, she trained to become a field medic. At the age of 15 she was thrown into bloody combat, trying to save lives while protecting her own.

One fateful night, the camp her squadron was staying in was fire-bombed by enemy forces. Roxie was pinned by her arm in some burning rubble and in the panic and confusion, was left behind. When she was found by a rescue party hours later, she was alive by some miracle. The arm that was pinned was mangled and burned beyond repair, so it was amputated and replaced with a bionic one made of titanium.

After the war, Roxie went to medical school and passed through with flying colors. In her mid-20s, an incident while working off-world for a shady company called GENOTEK afflicted her with Lycanthropy. She then returned to her homeworld, working as a surgeon in a hospital for a few years until her merits caught the attention of the Galactic Federation, an interplanetary government/law enforcement.

While working for the Federation, Roxie decided to attempt to treat her Lycanthropy with injections of a substance called Synthetic Silver. While it did cure the Lycanthropy, it afflicted her with a unique condition called Synthetic Silver Poisoning (SSP) that shuts down the higher functioning of her brain and turns her briefly into a feral murder monster under some circumstances.

While on a mission on the spacecraft The Aristotle, Roxie realized the Federation was trying to create biological weapons for some sinister plot. After being caught trying to derail the project, Roxie was imprisoned on the ship, though not for long.

The Aristotle was damaged by space debris and the existing bioweapons were released, wreaking havoc on the ship. The ship made planetfall soon after, and Roxie was the only survivor of the crash. For years, she stayed on the uninhabited planet until the Federation finally came looking for her.

Roxie realized just how corrupt the Federation was as she healed from wounds sustained from surviving on the wild planet, and knew she had to escape. After adopting two new Federation employees as her daughters over months of supervising them on missions, and stealing an infant Aristotle Bioweapon with genetic similarity to her, Roxie and her daughters escaped the Federation Space Station using a scout ship.

The four of them travelled outside of Federation jurisdiction to Sxriix. Through her own experimentation with mutagen, Roxie managed to give herself a Rixixi form in order to hide her identity from the Federation in the event that they came looking for her.

Roxie may seem a bit cold, stoic and a little frightening, but she has a good heart. She shows those who help her great kindness, and does what she can to help others in need. She loves her daughters dearly and will protect them to her dying breath.
