Charismatic and cunning in conversation, usually boisterous enough to leave the other person little room to butt in. Many conversations with it end with you stunned and confused and not entirely sure what you just agreed to.

Was a cerberus. Claims the other two heads were sickly and that was the reason for amputation. This is very dubiously true - either way, decapitating two sentient heads is an ethical issue that Arturo probably can't get out of, no matter how charismatic. Keeps his frill covering the scars, but can pass them off as just two large shoulder/neck scars when in Mjilikae form.

Would never admit to it, but it's somewhat obvious that he has minimal control over the non-sleipnir arms now that the other two heads are gone. This reflects in the feral mjilikae form, where he has almost no control over the second pair of arms.
