Due to immense Chasm exposure, this Rixixi has Stage 3 Radiation Sickness and suffers the following effects:
Quarantine++: The Rixixi gives off an aura of radiation that can affect anyone around them, and as such, others tend to give them a wide berth. The Rixixi cannot be boosted by NPC effects. Some NPCs are guarded against this effect and can still boost the Rixixi, this will be listed in their description. Permanent.
Uncertain++: Slow Stat Gain effect. Any increase in stats this Ixi would obtain is halved (an increase of +10 Attack would become +5 Attack). Decimals are increased to the nearest whole number (an increase of +5 Attack would become +3 Attack, not +2.5 Attack). Permanent.

The additional roll will be rolled with base stats rather than the Rixixi's stats, as the Pack Cat is picking up the items rather than the Rixixi.
