Profile RXX-204: Vandal

Something changed in them after a classified mission out in space went horribly wrong. It was rumored they died on that mission due to what was reported as a critical failure in a reactor, but then months later, they suddenly showed up again later, unwilling to talk about what happened - sometimes unwilling to talk about any part of their past.
