Contagion: This Rixixi is only a carrier of the Contagion radiation sickness and will not pass it down to their children. They have obtained a random Stage 1 Radiation Sickness from it, however. Inactive.
Quarantine: NULLIFIED BY MYMBER. The Rixixi gives off an aura of radiation that can affect anyone around them, and as such, others tend to give them a wide berth. The Rixixi cannot be boosted by NPC effects. Some NPCs are guarded against this effect and can still boost the Rixixi, this will be listed in their description. Effective until Active radiation level, at which point the Ixi's control of its radiation cancels the penalty out.
