Using the same basic recipe from:
http://chasmho.me/submissions/view/959
except actually using Ale in the stock instead of Water this time
A Rack of Ribs in place of the meat (because apparently you can use short ribs to make chili? sounds tasty) and I want this to be Luxurious
and uh
all of the superhot peppers
at once
i don't think this is safe
