Chili Con Carne (Large)
okay I looked at like six chili recipes and NOBODY agrees on how to make chili
but the basics
-meat
-tomato
-beans
-chili powder (chilis and other spices) (peppers, spices)
-onion and garlic (root veg)
some recipes use beer but I don't think that's a requirement, a lot of recipes use beef stock so I'm adding water
