I wonder if you could help me talk to the B-NOMALY at the festival. I worry my arrival has intimidated them. I've heard there is trouble in their midst coming from the leylines, and so I suppose I must have been alarming to see. I was hoping to ask about their celebration of the new year, but I would also like to maintain my distance if that would be polite. Would you mind asking what they'd prefer?

Chipper says:

I don't know, I appreciate that they dig our traditions and are being respectful and stuff. I really do! And they seem to have a genuine interest. Heck, they actually seem like a really nice sort of guy. But I've kinda had enough leyline for one year, maybe one decade - I'm not sure I wanna hang out with the chillest of Death followers. I know that's mean, and I'm sorry. Just uh, give me some time?

It doesn't look like Chipper and the Harbinger are getting along. It's understandable, tensions are high right now. Maybe you could bring them together a bit, or just leave a peace offering?
 
Perhaps you could light a candle with a Rixixi and a B-NOMALY. There must be at least one Rixixi and one B-NOMALY in the image. Starters/NPCs and  art of friends' Ixi/B-NOMS are allowed! Collaborations are allowed! Make sure to have permission if you use someone else's Rixixi/B-NOM as the second Ixi in the image. The Lost

Event Prompt from December 2020 (not time-limited)

Details

Deep in the basement of the B-NOMALY labs, past crumbling hallways and failing machinery, a roiling crack splits the tiled floor. Dubbed the Vat, the chaotic pit would be difficult to find for most strangers stumbling across the old laboratory, as nothing leading to it is particularly of interest. Most of the inhabitants of the labs know it well, however, and it's an even split on whether a B-NOMALY might seek it out or avoid it - it's rumored to grant power and mutations, and Fogholders drift towards it without thinking about it. As the Vat is a direct link to the Chasm, the rumors aren't exactly unfounded.

Lately, more and more of the B-NOMALIES that seek out the Vat aren't coming back, and the few that do are reporting a strange phenomenon - every so often, the Vat is replaced by a glowing blue mist. Eventually, it dissipates as unexpectedly as it came, and anyone caught up in it is lost.

All Chasm-Connected species can be used for thisif they have some form of masterlist entry or reference - Rixixi, B-NOMALY, Aexent, Chasm Horseman - the sapient open species like Arakantis and O'urtn'x can be included as well if you have a clear reference, this is just to  make sure the character looks like themself!

This is the OFF SEASON version of the pride prompt and the rewards are reduced to the non-event, Prompt Library version. In canon, we're running out of snacks and had to switch venues, I suppose? The important part is, if you want to, you can ask to be added in advance to next year's collab, and I'll prep the folder with your art in advance.
